This is a paper submitted to Harvard University that explains the history and technical data relating to the so called 1976 Accord on animal testing. It lays out the various directives that were adopted by the EU and other major world regulatory bodies, including the FDA in the US.
The content is a bit dry and very involved, but it's so important we felt we had to include it in its original format.
