18. Price & Payment.
Prices are subject to change without notice. The price payable by you is the price of the product displayed on the website at the time of placing your order.
Payment will be taken from your card when your goods are despatched to you, once we have checked your card details and stock availability. In the event of some of your ordered goods being out of stock, we will take payment from your card and dispatch the goods that are in stock. As soon as the out of stock goods are in stock they will be dispatched to you with free packaging and postage. This will prevent delays in your goods arriving when only one of the multiple items you ordered is out of stock, plus, it will prevent the need for us to apply a second transaction charge or delivery charge should the out of stock items value be less than the free delivery cut off value.
19. Availability.
All products (including free gifts) are subject to availability while stocks last. We reserve the right to withdraw any products from sale without incurring liability.
Should any products ordered be out of stock we will inform you in writing by email and allow you to cancel your order should you wish., if we do not hear otherwise we will send out your products when they are back in stock.
20. Privacy.
We will add your address to our mailing list for news, updates and promotions when you place an order with us. We collect personal data primarily to provide you with efficient customer service and we may provide your details to other reputable companies for marketing purposes.
