This lovely toner can be used after cleansing with its sister product Chamomile Cleansing Lotion or on its own to refresh and refine.Chamomile and comfrey extracts are blended with vegetable glycerine and witch hazel, which are cleansing and mildly astringent. Lightly scented with essential oils . This delightful toner can be used on all skin types.
